Wow! I have been in the business over 30 years and never have I seen such a concise, comprehensive explanation of creative financing. Those of us in the business may have heard of many of these techniques but to have them put before you in this manner is really usefull. Those not in the business or wanting to know how to finance without bank help this is a must read.
