I admit, I am a sucker for fill in the blanks, find yourself, do it yourself memoir books...so this was perfect for me. But I had so much fun filling it out - from the serious to the silly questions. I went and bought one for my sister too! This is not as "heavy" as other find yourself books, but this one is so simple and fun, it's truly enjoyable and you still learn a lot about --- you.

I love this book. I did not really acomplish to much soul searching through it, but it is wonderful. There are questions in here than I know I would like to look back at my answers 10 years from now. I have been filling out similar books for a long time. I look back and see how much I have grown. You are never to old or young to start. This is one of my favorites because a lot of the questions dont require long responses. Its very easy to fill out. Everyone should buy it!

This is a really good book to fill out when you want to have something that you can look back on and reflect on. I enjoyed filling out all of the questions, even though some were a little bit difficult and required some thinking! I'm 14 now, and I can't wait to reread it when I'm 24, 34, 44, and beyond to see how my views have changed!

There is a series of these books, this 1st being a book about relationship. It's a fun exercise and a great keepsake. We like to do it over again every couple of years. There are tons of notes in our book.
Excellent shower or birthday book.

This book is filled with many questions, from your favorites (colour, food, season), to your dreams and goals. The questions are thought provoking and this journal is a beautiful way to record your life. I highly recommend it!

For those of you who enjoy getting to know yourself this is a perfect book for you. It is filled with thought provoking questions and factual data. It takes awhile to complete and probably should be re-done every few years or so. This journal is a perfect gift to leave the world in your wake.

I bought this book for my mother, 5 or 6 years ago, for her birthday. I told her to make sure she leaves it to me when her time on this Earth is through so that I can look back on her life, her memories, and her feelings, and remember her for the woman I knew she was and the woman she was before I came along. As everyone has secrets and memories they don't share for whatever reason, I have asked her to include these so that I may be able to fill in some of the blanks of her life and really know her.

Ever struggle to figure out what to get for someone who has everything? Then this gift is perfect. The entire book is fill-in-the-blank or check-the-box to answer autobiographical questions. Too often we pass through life without reflection--this book makes you think about who you are, what you want out of life, and who the really important people are and the impact they have made on your life. This gift if perfect for any holiday, birthday, or just for fun. Everyone should have one!

You really get to ask yourself some questions that you never thought you would answer. My advice would be to hide this book once you are done, and dont let anyone get their hands on it.

This book works wonders!
As a student support facilitator for LGBQ students in the Iowa State Greek system, I often find myself reffering this book to help fraternity and sorority members who are unsure what their goals are.
Writing down answers to these questions allows you to read through and learn more about yourself.
Anyone trying to set goals, both short-term and long-term, should consider using this book.
