I love this bread book. I had an older bread machine recipe book and just couldn't replicate the texture and flavour of bakery / store bread until I tried the recipes in this book. Hardly any of the recipes rise too high where it touches the lid which was a problem with my other bread machine recipe book. The recipes work without adjustment in my Black and Decker bread machine. There is a great variety of recipes and I can't wait to try them all.

This book is an amazing book. The detail and overview about various bread machines and ingredients is very well explained. From reading the book you can be confident these ladies know what they are talking about. You will also learn to make different things like cakes and jams that you might of thought would not be possible with your machine.
Every recipe I have tried has turned out perfectly. Indeed a must for you if you own a bread machine and a GREAT GIFT idea for a family member or friend that has a bread machine.

I've had this book for a while and LOVE it. I've made many fantastic loaves and have recommended it to bread-baking friends. If you buy it definitely try the bagels. They're quick to make and unbelievably satisfying....

Great recipe book, easy steps to follow and ingredients you can find in your bulk store. Made four different breads the first two weeks. The family all lovec them.

I received this book as a gift for Christmas and have been more than impressed with each and every recipe to date - as good as or better than anything I've had from our local bakery.

Only disappointing thing is that while the book is touted to contain "Canadian" recipes, the incorrect spelling of the words colour and flavour makes me wonder if it is perhaps an adaptation of an American collection.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I only had a little booklet that came with my Black and Decker breadmaker, and I got about two of the recipes working for me. I borrowed this book from the library and have already tried a few recipes. Works beautifully! No overflow, perfect texture. Now I can put my breadmachine to use, finally!!

I was looking for a good whole wheat recipe that would turn out fluffy and not really dense like the recipes I had been finding online. This book had it, and more! Every bread I've made so far has been excellent. I also really enjoy making the bagels' recipes, yummy! You won't be disappointed.

Bought this book to go with my first Sunbeam bread machine,and it's been great. Easy to follow recipes without a "gazelion" ingredients as well as some very good hints. Very nice for a newbie like me.

I bought this book after reading and using a copy from our local library. I use the recipes and do not use the bread machine for anything other then kneading the dough. I then bake the bread in my oven. Delicious. I have been unable to find a bread machine that does bread as good I can do in the oven.
