This movie is one of the best horror/scifi/monster movies ever! Its shows how good monster movies could be even after the Golden Age of Universal's horror into the fifties where there were more chessy than classy monsters terrifying audiences. The movie is dated by today standards, but it has all the charm and "scary" items we would look for in a horror movie of the 50's. A typical "B" movie, done with an obviously tight budget, is entertaining from beginning to end. I loved it! Wonderful!

I have always enjoyed this movie. The creature is nice and creepy and the acting is pretty good. I would recommend this movie to anyone who appreciates good, classic sci/fi.
