This review is from: Daughters of the Moon: Secret Scroll - Book #4 (Hardcover)
I really liked the Daughters of the Moon#4 beacause Catty didn't know her birth mother all she remembered was a car accident and an explosion. Then she finds out her birth mother is dead and she goes with her non-biological mother to go see her birth mother and some really weird things happened she got an envelope with her mothers name on it and she looks through it and finds a geometry test that she hasn't even tooken yet and also finds a moon amulet just like hers and she thinks her mom was also a daughter of the moon and then she went back in time and saw her birth mother and found out her mother was a Daughter of the moon too, but was taken by the Atrox and she has been hiding from them to give Catty the secret scroll. I really recommend these books to all children, and teens. I like all the books even though I havn't read them all. I've only got book #'s (1,2,3,4,9,and 10) but I want all the books expecially #11. Lynne Ewing you just keep on writing books, and I think all the books should get 5 stars.

I love Catty she and Serena are my Favorite characters. Okay so what this book is about is Catty gets a call telling her that her mother has died. So she and her mother Kendra go over there and are trying to get more information about Catty's mother when these three guys step in the room they have a electrical aura around them the lights go a little wierd and they look too perfect looking. She later finds out that these guys are not followers but regulators. She also recieves the scroll from a mysterious person. Also Stanton takes her back in time to where her mother abandoned her in the desert in order to save her from the regulators. She meets her mother and discovers shocking things about both her mother and her father.

The Secret Scroll- A Convincing Guide to Read This Book!,

This review is from: Daughters of the Moon: Secret Scroll - Book #4 (Hardcover)
In The Previous Book, "A Night's Shade", Talks about Jimena finding out that her ex-"dead" boyfriend, Veto, was reanimated by the Atrox, and ends up being captured by the Atrox again, sacrificing Jimena to her safety. In This Book, "The Secret Scroll', the main character is Catty. Catty was found walking in the desert at age 4 by herself - her now, adopted-parent, found her, as she was driving along, and nurtured her to now, where she is a Goddess of the Moon, who has a special power. She can travel back in time. Many years later, after searching and wondering whom her mother was, and why she left her, finally came across her mother- dead. Her mother had a black goddess of the moon amulet- because it was black, which means the amulet was dead. The only reason the amulet would be black is if you turn against the Daughters. Catty brought the Secret Scroll, which was in Latin and the purpose of it was a guide to destroy the Atrox, to Maggie, who was here "mother" sense for the daughters, and Maggie kept it with her to study. But when Catty came back, to see Maggie, she saw her hand the Secret Scroll to the Regulators, which were serious followers of the Atrox. Is Maggie Betraying Her, And Secretly Giving the Regulators information? Will this Scroll be the ultimate way to destroy the Atrox?I Think This Book Was Great. It's one of those books that you just can't put down when you turn the first page. It's not like an average book, where the main character is never harmed and there's always a Happy Ending. You don't know what to expect, which is a great thrill to readers, well to me especially. Lynne Ewing is an astonishing writer. Her talents are quite visible with her Daughters of the Moon series, and her feedback from her fans. I recommend this book to anyone who has read one of Lynne Ewing's Books, and liked her style. Usually, mostly older teens, and even adults, read the Daughter of the Moons series. If you like fiction books, in general you would most likely like this book. But specifically, I would say this genre would be mixed in Science Fiction, Mystery, and Adventure.

Catty has a boyfriend now, and he's getting jumpy around her. she got a D on her geometry test, and to top things off, she got a call saying that her biological mother's dead. When they go to the coroner's office, they show Catty and Kendra (her adoptive mother) proof that she is this lady's daughter. the proof is a geometry test that was dated a week after that day that had her name and address on the back. then after that, she dragged vannessa along back in time (like she always does) and finds a envelope of one of her mother's possions. and the possion was a tarnished and blackened MOON AMULET!! then next week she takes the test and she gets a hall pass and looks at the 2 tests and after that she starts back to class and stanton shows up and takes her back in time to her mother. It turns out she was the daughter of a fallen goddess and an evil spirit.it's not that hard to figure out who the evil spirit is. then Chris turns out to be centurys old and is the guy who gave her the scroll and Vannessa's new boyfriend is a Regualator and Catty, Serena, and Jimena have to battle him. I read this book in like an hour and it was a good book, but i'm not giving away the ending.

The fourth establishment of the Daughters Of The Moon series is one of the best books so far (with Possession not far behind). The book tells about Catty going back in time to meet her birth mother. The story evolves around Vanessa too. Obviously, she got herself a new boyfriend, Toby, (after breaking up with Micheal) and soon learns that he's a powerful regulator.

This Book series is amazing! It has these teen girls with special abilities who go through more than the usual teen crisis. If you havent picked one of these up yet.. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!?? As soon as you read the first page your sucked into this world where goddessess fight to protect the good in the world. This book isnt one of those books that are so damn far fetched that its nothing but corny all through out. It is written for today's teens and every one who reads these books can relate to one of the girls( goddessess) in them. So rush to the book store and happy Reading!

I read the first three books thinking, when is a book going to be on Catty? Then i read this book. Catty is like a rainbow - you never know what she is going to be today (red, orange, yellow, ext.) Then she is having Boyfriend trouble, while her best friend is dating a creep. Then mysterious stranger comes up and hands her a scroll, telling how to defeat the Atrox (an ancient evil), all while trying to fool the dangerous Regulators. Then she meets her mom by going back in time and finds out some very disturbing things.
