This is my first time reading Lencioni...He skillfully presents his arguments through an engaging story. The story is well crafted and keeps your attention. As for the actual content... That's the real prize. I have since reading this book seen several opportunities where a company could have retained a customer or a new company could have won a customer over just by implementing a few principles from this book. Well done.
