Good Book Poorly Organized, Nov 5 2010

This is a good book, easy to read, and very focused on the practicality of implementing Human Factors into Project Management with lots of examples. However, the index and the organization of the book is quite poor, jumping between big subject areas without transitions and the examples or stories to illustrate the points often make it hard to find the "theories" or "point" that the author is trying to make. Great for overall information and gives good ideas for how to implement once you are familiar with the subject area. Not a good introduction to human factors if you are looking for more theories.
