Easy to follow, Juil 13 2009
Pictures and explanations are great - SO easy to follow - a great help - area colors are very helpful. Glossary is helpful as it teaches a beginner everything to know and how to do the steps properly. I highly recommend this book.

Full of information and illustrations, Juil 30 2003
I borrowed this book from the local library and love it so much I am going to buy it. It is easy to read and understand with lots of pictures nd techniques to try. It covers areas for both hands and feet. I was interested in learning relexology for my own use after receiving a professional treatment. This book has helped me immensely.

Great book for reflexology technique, Juil 3 2003

I really like the way the book was written and illustrated. It is easy to understand and found it to be very thorough. I am a massage therapist and also used this book as a reference for the national certification examination for massage therapy and bodywork. I also highly recommend the following:

The last three books had similar type questions that I saw on the national certification test. These four books were very helpful.
