This review is from: The 36-Hour Day: A Family Guide to Caring for People with Alzheimer Disease, Other Dementias, and Memory Loss in Later L (Paperback)
Out of all the books we've read, this has been the best. My mother will be caring for my grandfather who has this disease. It has been overwhelming thinking about all the changes and challenges that this will entail, but this book has thoroughly informed us and equipped us to handle whatever lies ahead. If you have a loved one with Alzheimers or Dementia, this book a must-read!

totally ruined my life!!!! My wife, butthead, thinks I have category 10 dementia, and refuses to allow me to drive alone. She says I cannot see quickly enough, although I wear glasses to correct to 20-20!!Shes says I cannot hear as in horns trying to blow me off the road for doing the speed limit!! I do wear hearing aids to correct that! I think butthead is full of crap, and if I say so, she will tell me I am in denial. What does M.P.H. mean??? |
