5.0 out of 5 stars Life, Love, and Laughter!
This book was entertaining through every chapter. I couldn't put this book down. I read it while on a road trip and I think I missed out on things because I had my head down reading. This book gives you a great picture in your mind as he travels through Ireland, Vegas, and Thailand. A great read if you're feeling down in the dumps, or if you're looking for huge laughs. I...

1.0 out of 5 stars Not what I expected... but good for some people.
After reading Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert, I was keenly interested in seeing what Drink, Play, F@#k might entail. Yes, indeed Drink, Play, F@#k did contain lots about what the title mentions, but I guess I was looking for something a little less on "playing the victim role" from a guys perspective and more on personal development story. After the first few chapters in and with little more than a few "snickers", I came across a few passages that showed the character to be on more a journey of self deprecation rather than one of growth and moving past his recent entanglements. Maybe one needs to be more in the right headspace to appreciate this book, maybe even a little more drunk while perusing the passages of guy on a bender. No matter what or where I was, I would say that Andrew Gottlieb has a way of creating a great sense of personal interaction with his words and writing style that is easy to read but this specific story lacks the lustre that would engage the reader to read past the fifth chapter. If you do get a chance to read this book, I hope that you enjoy it and maybe discover a deeper insight... one more than I did.

I'm not sure what possessed me to purchase this book, in hindsight. It was poorly written and did nothing but propogate stereotypes about men and women. Absolute waste of time and I got nothing from this book. Don't waste your money, folks.

I laughed out loud while reading this book. This book reminds me of some of Chelsea Handler's books, but the male verison. If you're looking for an adventure in a book, check it out!
