Tons of information on Buddhism in the West!,

This review is from: Buddhism in America: The Official Record of the Landmark Conference on the Future of Buddhism Meditative Practices in the West (Paperback)
Whether you're an experienced Buddhist practitioner looking for teachings from genuine lineages, or whether you are a beginner trying to find your way, this book has everything. It's rather long, but each chapter is a stand-alone teaching by a different Buddhist master, all of which are available to practice with should you want to travel a little. What I liked best about it was the fact that it dealt with Buddhism from the perspective of someone that lives in America, works, has a family and other relationships.
