Good but not my favourite, Feb 2 2009

There is a wide variety of recipes in here and she does a very good job of describing the natural history of salmon, how to choose it from the store or prepare it if you caught it yourself. I would have liked photos and a breakdown of the nutritional content of each recipe. A lot of the recipes seem like they are high in fat. Overall it's a decent cookbook and all the recipes I've made are good, but it could be improved.
