Worth owning, but not what I expected.,

I'm happy with the information found in the book, but I was expecting something new. There is little in the book that isn't found in other sources. I expected this to read like a Hanes manual, and in a couple of ways it does, but if you are looking for an indepth history of the Falcon, or more specifically, details about the YT series, then this is a must have. Only four stars because its not really a Hanes style manual.

Over the years many works have detailed the inner working of this fascinating ship. None come closer to the "real" deal than this book. Great for references when model making.

Really great to see how imaginative some people are. When you watch the movies and see only glimpses of the beloved craft, you always want more. Well here it is and very impressively done. Kudos to the author. Really feels like there are Falcons out there or should I say there were Falcons in that far far away galaxy...
