Several recipes in this book have become staples in my family. They are well thought out and easy to prepare. Every recipe I've tried was absolutely savory! This is definitely my most used cookbook. The recipes are simple, ingredients easy to find, and the food is truly healthy and delicious. Even my meat and potatoe friends like it. You can plan way ahead with these meals, since the ingredients will keep for a week usually, which makes preparation even more convenient.
