For any cat lover out there, this is a delightful little comic book. Every page has a little piece of advice (like: "Help put away groceries") and then has an adorable sketch of a white cat illustrating the point (crawling into the paper bag for a nap).

This is one of my favorite "cat humor" books. This book will make you laugh out loud ...even if you're by yourself. It covers everything from grooming, health and diet to being completely well-adjusted. The drawings and captions are very simple but so funny. It's true that you can learn all you need to know from your cat because, after all, if your cat doesn't know it, it probably isn't worth knowing.

"All I Need to Know I Learned From My Cat" is mostly a collection of one-liners about life's little lessons, as learned from a cat, with color pictures on every page. Some of these "teachings" are as follows: "Sleeping is very underrated" (my favorite), "Stare unabashedly" (my cats have this one down to an art; it's almost eerie), "Flaunt your hair loss", "Make the world your playground", and "Recognize the toy in everything" (and they do). This is a fun, casual read with mild humor that mostly cat lovers will appreciate. Ideal for such readers.

This is an amazingly good book.

Get it for anyone, young or old.

Even cat-haters will love it; and cat-lovers will adore it.

The highly aticipated sequal to "ALL I NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED FROM MY DOG," is "ALL I NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED FROM MY CAT." This is a great book for all ages. This book is for people with low self-esteem. "Don't be afraid to take chances, somehow, you always land on your feet," that is one of the many encourage boosters in the book. You don't have to change yourself to fit in with the crowd around you. "Flaunt your hair loss, don't pluck your eyebrows." That means don't do changes to your look to satisfy others. "Make the most of unstructred time, there is always timefo a nap." So just have fun with your life an dont change for noone except yourself. "Make the world your playground."

This book made me laugh EVEY time I read it, it never got old! And is STILL not old. It is very funny because the information given is truly good information, but not the way te cat sees it! Example: It said "share your victories", which is generally good to do, but they way the cat is doing it is showing his owner a dead mouse that he cought!
So this book is a very nice, happy book. Plus the illustrations were wonderful!

There have been no end of parodies and weak imitations due to the popularity of this book, and that popularity is well founded. Suzy Becker nails it! This is all about the true essence of cats and the feline qualities of their humans. If you don't recognize yourself and/or your cat in these cartoons, you are simply not human.

I love this book! I thought that it was a really cute book. It is kinda babyish, but still has a sense of humor. If you love cats, this will make you look at them in a different way.( a good one of course!)

I discovered this book in a little boutique on Cape Cod. As I flipped through, it didn't take long before I was giggling to myself. The book consists of cartoons that remind me of the Boyton characters you sometimes see on coffee mugs. I could see my cat in almost every drawing & caption. The drawings are very cute and accurate in portraying how cats act and the things they do. I was able to identify well with this book because it seems that the character depicted as the owner of this cat is a single adult female, like myself, living with her zany feline. It was the last copy they had, so I bought it to show to my family and friends who also share their lives with a cat.

This book was a gift from my Mom and I've read it over and over throughout the years when I need to remind myself not to take life too seriously (Why should I? My cat doesn't!). I'm going to order one for a very dear friend of mine who is also a cat "freak".

This book speaks volumes on how easy life can be if we just take time to "eat the flowers" and relax. Life holds many great and small mysteries that we all need to explore instead of rushing through trying get to what we think is most important (and it usually isn't!).

I highly recommend this book to cat lovers and "others" alike!
