about 15 years ago a couple of friends invited me for a party and served some sandwiches that blew me away. I went on about them so much that they gave me the book. Unfortunately I lost it, but recently started thinking about again when I was attending culinary school. This book is a keeper. Cool ideas and great tasting recipes. Im going to buy it again for inspiration...

Reason #1. There are no sandwiches in the book that you can eat.

Reason #2. Not enough sandwich humor...i.e. sandwich/pastrami jokes.

Reason #3. Phil Sanborn is a tool.
