I Love this book! Trying to explain the difference between sensate focussed and intuitive perceiving styles to my Sensate husband
I read the day in life of the two children out loud and unexpectedly found myself in tears. Never had I felt so understood! Admittedly I got the book to better understand myself though I see a lot of my daughter there also.
So good to recognize the difference between a.d.d. and intuitive processing which is clearly described and to have some practical tools for self preservation when my antennas are out too far and I'd rather bring them in a little!.
I'm deeply grateful to the author for her thoughtful and clear writing and for her deep understanding.I'd recommend this book for understanding and being there for your intuitive child or for yourself as an intuitive adult.
