Healthiest Cookbook Ever, April 7 2011

Some of the recipes are difficult to find ingredients for here in North America (see pumpkin oil, etc.) however if you are suffering from cancer or other "incurable" diseases such as diabetes, following the recipes in this book can literally save your life. The menu program is of itself a type of aggressive chemotherapy that can shrink tumors and cure disease within months if not weeks. Search the internet for the flaxoil2 users group at Yahoo and see what type of results Dr. Budwig is having even after her passing away. I also strongly recommend the program to those who may be at risk of cancer and those who wish to prevent cancer.
My only other complaint is that some of the recipes are not explained in quite enough detail but many of the recipes are nonetheless very delicious (soups especially) and if I had cancer I would use this as my health Bible and stay far, far away from oncologists and other "professional" health quacks who have not cured any major disease in over 50 years of taking our money (if indeed you could call what they do trying to cure disease). Take my challenge and try using only the recipes in this cookbook for 3 days and I guarantee you will feel like you are floating on air!
I also recommend the other 2 Budwig books for the minimal extra cost so you understand the hows and whys of mixing flax seed oil with cottage cheese. Very interesting reading.
