What a marvel of a book. Very straight forward . Very in depth. Very Simple. All at once. I have shared my copy often and all who read it are taken by the messages presented. It explains why so many of us are going through the "turmoil" we are right now and helps us see why it isn't a bad thing at all. Then tells you how to learn and grow thru it and from it. It truly details how to transform your soul and feel more in tune with your self, your divinity and your purpose. How cool is that ? It is one of those books that when you are finished you wonder, " Could it be that easy? Why didn't I do that sooner ?" Well with this book as your guide you sure can.

Author Michael Mirdad has written a wonderful account of the stages we experience when going through changes in our lives. As you read this book you will relate to this process of change that you may be experiencing now or recognize what you have gone through before, perhaps even a few times in the past. It offers a feeling of comfort knowing that what you are experiencing is a normal process on the way to becoming your future self. I would recommend this book to anyone dealing with a life change and looking for guidance, reassurance and positive counsel.
