Finally a Canadian author showing how we can do it in a Canadian market! I love the real life applications and scenarios. This is a must have book to keep with you always when you are in that real estate purchase mode. I have also seen Paul speak at live event seminars and he is even more captivating than the book. Paul just oozes success and you just can't help having it rub off on you when you are in his presence. Thanks Paul for inspiring me to take those next action steps, you have made me a winner.

Paul Hecht does a great job of weaving lots of real estate investment techniques into the 4 stories in his book. The stories keep you reading while the techniques are briefly outlined enough to pique interest in further research on the topics. Great book for people who get motivated from others' success.

Thanks Paul, for a sensible and easy to understand approach to investing in any real estate market. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to invest in real estate. I have met Paul Hecht and so I can attest to his character and willingness to help others to succeed, whether you already have some knowledge or, like me, you are totally new to real estate. His book is a valuable tool for achieving success.

Paul Hecht's book "Everyday Real Estate Millionaires" is an intriguing read. He tells the stories of a few "everyday" people and how they've used simple, easy to use strategies to become financially free. It's inspired me to get more involved and learn how to implement these proven strategies in my own life. Although it's a little light on the technical details of how these strategies work which I like being a "numbers" person, it's a great primer for his weekend course where he goes into detail on over twenty different approaches to real estate investing. I've also gotten positive feed back from friends who I've shared the book with, many of whom are not investment savy and would probably get lost in other investment strategy books Overall a very good book to pique interest in the real estate investment field. Makes a good gift as well, at least I think so, lol.Wes Rosso

HOME GROWN,
This review is from: Everyday Real Estate Millionaires: How Average People REALLY Do It (Paperback)
Real estate has always held my interest and in the past 2 years I've been reading and learning more and more about ways of achieving success with real property. But this book lays it on the line in simple, easy-to-ready stories about how other Canadians have achieved financial freedom. I couldn't sleep after I finished the book, thinking about the opportunities that lay before us. My daughter is equally excited to know that she doesn't have to be an employee for 30+ years before she is able to do what she truly wants - it can happen in a couple of years. I am excited to be attending Paul's weekend seminar, and we've already engaged the services of a mentor to move us closer to the wealth most will only dream about.
