This book is very badly written, and a disappointment to read. The author seems to have been given the instructions to "produce a book for sale in 3 days" and did exactly that. Obviously, she didn't use a spell-check, or pay too much attention to the facts brought out at the trial? Don't waste your money buying this book! Ken.
