Have tried many of the recipies in this book and each one surpasses the other with tastes and aromas! I love cooking with Jamie and this is really a fantastic book to owe!

Great Authentic Cookery Book, Nov. 23 2007
Having been to Italy many times I was really hoping for some special and authentic recipes in this book and it has delivered. It is a fun book to read as a novel as well. Although I normally just use recipes for inspiration this book has tons of great ideas that taste just as good as when in Italy. I have always liked and appreciated his writing style as well.
