easy listening, daily peaceful meditation to start or end the day...Soothing and healing sound. For people who don't meditate is a great way to start and the I am is a great place to be!

Just recently bought this CD ,since i got it i have been practicing every day and it does help me soo much!!!

This cd is so amazing it is really bringing me in a place of peace and prepare me for sleep I used it mainly at night but this is the best cd I had ever purchase to acheive so peace and fall asleep .... I recommend it to everyone

I would recommend this audio to everyone. It works great and I get alot more sleep at night. I listen to this audio while going to sleep and doing the practice as well

Seriously, this is the only tape that clears my mind and removes all the clutter and stuff.....it gets you where you need to be and believe me your wishes will be fulfilled.....

I love Dr. Dyer. However, I was looking for something that would have accompanied me more than this cd did.
However, it is okay.
