There are a lot of smart people out there with some good ideas on brands and branding, but I have never before seen so much insight together in one place as I have in Adamson's book. The concepts are simple, but never simplistic and I found it hard to force my way through the entire book because every chapter had an idea that I wanted to run off and evangelize. I'm a marketing manager and this book helped me to talk about the importance of brand strategy - and how to undertake it - in a way that really resonated with my executive. I credit it directly with getting the go ahead on a major branding initiative. I will definitely be picking up his new book, BrandDigital.
