If you or someone you know is over fifty or has prostate cancer, this is a must read book. It is easy to read and covers all issues, including disease fighting foods and supplements. This would make an excellent Father's Day book, especially for dads who do not yet have health issues related to it.

This book was a great resource for my dad when he was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. It helped him make the decisions that were best for him in an educated manner. Dad is not a "reader" usually but he read this book cover to cover and then went back later for refreshers.
