I bought and read this book. I was then able to sell my house in San Francisco without using a listing agent, saving $15,250.Needless to say, this is a book that MORE than pays for itself. In fact, this is an important book to read even if you decide to use a full service real estate agent and not try to sell it yourself. When dealing with real estate transactions, honesty appears to fall by the wayside. This book will educate you for the pitfalls you will be facing. |
