She had a lot of great points, and even where I've already matured past a lot of the insecurities of my youth, she had points that showed how silly some of my actions are, and how they're still motivated by insecurities. Highly recommended, even for pretty secure people.

Read this one twice in one year.
Thank GOD for the beautiful woman called Beth Moore.

Only a few chapters in so far but an awesome book; already so much information that has helped me....realize what insecurity has taken from me all these years...

I watched her talk on this, the simulcast. It was the most life changing message I've ever experienced. I hate to think where I would be in my life right now had I not been enlightened to the truth of my pride. So thankful for people like her. She says it like it is. One of the most blunt messages I've heard from her, but also the best. Open your heart and be changed.

I've been completely inspired by the first few chapters. It's revealing the truth about my insecurities and helping me to recognize what I need to change. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to become what God has planned for them to become. Beth Moore has a fresh and funny outlook that is really easy to read and also to apply. Her open and humble attitude make it a less daunting task to analyze my own insecurities. Apparently, everyone is insecure. Who knew?

A good book for people of faith, but not as applicable to non-Christians as I had hoped. I was planning to give this to a non-Christian friend of mine who is very insecure, but the content is too religious and would turn her off. Too bad. And it was a little too much like a Beth Moore biography...
