Good info, BUT..., Mar 15 2010

If you are looking for a recipe book, this book is NOT it.
It has some great information and tips but overall I found the format extremely difficult to follow. Even if there was useful info I couldn't find it because of the book layout. The one recipe I did try turned out well - the Buttercream frosting - but I lost interest in the book quickly and didn't bother trying any others.
It is very much like a textbook so if that is what you are looking for, then this may be the book for you.
