Finally, someone addresses the brain when it comes to dieting. I am really impressed with this book.
Bob Greene has addressed problems like food addictions, binge eating, bordom eating, and especially
emotional eating. I have read many diet books, but never have I seen the author address these problems
I have lost 6 pounds in two weeks following a lot of Greenes ideas from this book.
My goal is 20 pounds and I am positive I can do it.

I am really enjoying this book. It's my favourite of Bob Greene's books so far. The information is presented in a manner that is easy to understand, and although I don't think that there's any magic to weight loss and motivation for anyone, this approach was more well-rounded than usual.
