Great to get you on track

Most of us have an idea of how to eat; we all honestly know what is good and what is bad, don't we? But sometimes we just need to be put back on the right track and guided in the proper direction, with encouragement from someone who has done it and knows what she's talking about.
This is a great book to help you know what to eat, and when. The two weeks worth of sample menus are great.
There is no requirement to purchase odd ingredients and really, it's a very simple concept.
