This is an excellent book for basic color schemes lots of good examples and pictures the color guide is extensive. Excellent book for beginning any new project it will help you put colors together that will compliment each other. The book is well laid out and easy to understand.

This book is fantastic. If you buy one color book, make it this one. Both fresh and traditional color combinations are suggested. I took this book to my local design/home improvement store and they were so impressed that they purchased one for store use as well.

The only downside is trying to match the paint colors to the chips in the store, but if you have the patience, this book is worth it's weight in gold.

This book is great - I have browsed through the pages over and over again! The pages are filled with great colour combinations that I would never have imagined as being complimentary and offer great ideas on how to use the colors and where they work best. A must have for anyone starting a decorating project!

This book is exactly what a person new to home improvement/design needs. It take you step by step through colour choices and what you can do to compliment or contrast with colour in the same space. Like having your own design expert.
