As a consultant, communications skills are essential to my success. This book offered me valuable insight and techniques regarding presentations that I will work with immediately. The level of analysis in this book is just right - the tone and tempo perfect. It is an entertaining and educational read and I'd recommend it to both experienced and inexperienced presenters.

As an executive who has participated in a number of presentation and communication skills seminars over my career, I found this book has a tremendous amount of new learning to offer anyone who is engaged in public speaking - whether you are an experienced speaker or a novice. There are valuable tips and great examples in every chapter.

This is a great read for anyone committed to improving their public speaking skills. The advice is practical and the approach professional. Specific examples are provided for each stage of the presentation process, as the author describes the successes and challenges before, during and after a business presentation. Cleverly written, and with an appropriate amount of humour, the advice is certain to reduce your stress level and strengthen the impact of your presentations.

An easy and enjoyable read. The author effectively uses a presentation scenario to illustrate the tips, lessons and how to's with each chapter building on and contributing to the scenario. This format is effective. The scenarios are easy to relate to and provide examples and tips that are versatile and adaptable to anyone that presents or needs to engage an audience.

I found the author's style, anecdotes and humor refreshing for a "business skills" style of book.

Great leaders and communicators stand out - this little "handbook" is full of great advice to help you do that.
