This book is strange, almost planned, it's hard to believe this story, as it's almost posed. The response from the family is strange when she returns, their religion makes them almost a fictional character.

This was a very sad story about how Elizabeth Smart was kidnapped from her family and kept captive by a deranged man and his wife. Thank goodness there was a happy ending to the story and Elizabeth was returned safely back to her family.
