I had another Donna Klein book that I loved so I ordered this one. The recipes are easy and SOOOOO flavourful! She uses lots of chiles, herbs, tropical fruits and nuts, coconut milk, etc... With recipes from the tropical regions of each continents (ex: the caraibes, africa, australia, south-East asia, etc) No animal products but all the bang of tastiness!

I bought this book recently, and so far I have tried three recipes. They work, and they are delicious. I would recommend the book very strongly. I think I will buy more of this author's books.I tried the thai corn chowder, and the thai hot and sour soup, and the banana pancakes, and loved each recipe. |
