Great resource for ideas on solving renovation problems when you can't quite put your finger on where you need to start to make your project better. Susan is a master at the utilization of space and creating a home which is appealing and feels larger than it is. Highly recommend if you're planning a renovation, or even looking at building a more functional home. This resource includes many building diagrams of before and after remodeling. A great way to start a new project is to get ideas from this book.
