A new tool for the lean, Jun 27 2009

This book shows you how to built a A3 report for different situation. As this is new stuff from lean manufacturing, it's a bit hard to enter in the subjet, but before the end of the first chapter, the importance of the A3 report appears. The authors give the good key points to fill each area of the report. Good book !!! I will implement this report in my company.
