This is a good quick book to invest in if you find that worry and anxiety is affecting your life. A quick read with lots of good points to take to heart. I have read a number of books on anxiety (see other reviews) and this was the smallest but still had many of the good points made in the larger books. But just don't read it, commit to following the advice if you want results!

An excellent resource for those struggling with generalized anxiety (g/a). This small but powerful text outlines concisely, and in understandable terms, both the psychoeducation of g/a and the empirically validated cognitive behavioural treatment for those struggling with g/a. My clients have truly appreciated this little green gem!
