The best book for chronic pain that I have ever read- and I've read a ton. I purchased this after borrowing it from the library and realizing it would be a good long term tool to have. Lots of focus on deep breathing and being in tune with the body, but worded in new ways that really resonated with me. Its not a book about how to fight your body, its a book about co-existing with your pain.
