The pictures are clear, simply and elegantly drawn and the descriptions read with ease. If you can only get one herb book (says the herbalist <me!> with over 45 herb-related texts) this would be the one to get. This is an incredibly well done book. The information is concise, interesting and mandatory reading for cooks, gardeners, herbalists, naturalists ... well, I could go on and on about who should read this.
