I bought this book for my husband. He does the routines for men and I have the women's version of this book.
Whether you're new at exercising, new at lifting, or have been lifting for years, this is a must-read. It's well written, easy to read, has great guides, and it addresses so many misconceptions about lifting. This is an awesome book and a must-have for anyone interested in improving their fitness and diet.
