I've never really read a book that has changed my life so dramatically before- I'm a real cynic when it comes to exercise/diet books. But this book has so much good information after you read it it becomes hard to look at food, sleep and exercise the same way again. After reading the book and applying some of the stuff inside I've lost weight, increased muscle mass and all that stuff but the big thing is that I've never felt better in my life. And I'm a personal trainer who has been eating 'right' and working out properly for a long time- or so I thought. This is a must have for anyone looking to get healthier, look better, reduce stress or just enjoy life more.

Everything you need to know about health and well being is in this book. You want to feel better and be fit? Read this book.
I was eating totaly wrong. Now that I am on track I feel so much better. And there is NO cutting calories or dieting!

I have had the chance to meet Paul and his wife, he lives what he preaches and can put things into a very simple format to teach others. I watched him do a few small therapeutic movements on one side only, to a woman out of the attendees of a conference. When she went to walk across the room, it was like her body was fighting because of the imbalance! It was amazing! If you can ever sit in on a lecture, pay the price! You won't be disappointed! This book in particular is one of his best! I have all of them I believe and each stands on its own merits above the crowd! I HIGHLY recommend this book but, ONLY if you are willing to go the distance and follow the advice, it will work if you do. :o)
