This review is from: Raw and Beyond: How Omega-3 Nutrition Is Transforming the Raw Food Paradigm (Paperback)
I must admit I'm a cookbook/uncookbook addict, with an evergrowing collection. This book starts off with a biography of each author's health history and how they became raw. All 3 authors suggest that nutrition, specifically lack of omega 3 was their concern and motivation to change. There's a collection of recipes, some raw and some cooked. I think they do make the point of "moderation" which applies to everything. You can't eat handfuls of nuts everyday and eat only desserts because there's no sugar in them. Not really ground breaking news but reinforcement of what most of us know. I use some of the recipes. A quick read.
