In this book you gain a great understanding of our Chi, the invisible life force that runs everything in our life. That which beats our heart, does nothing but leaves nothing undone.

This book is very easy to read and understand but is an amazing read as it opens your mind up to who you are and that which surrounds your life. It helps you see how what you surround yourself with, what you intake every day (from TV, to Newspapers, to People to everything) affects your Chi and ultimately how you feel and live your life.

I definitely recommend this book.
