Content was good for an older child. However, I didn't expect it to be a black and white workbook.

Its a big book and I worried it was too complicated for my daughter who was 7 when I bought this, but no way. She took to it immediately. Now, at 9, she still looks at it during free reading time. The tomato analogy really helped, among many other concepts.

I liked the ideas in this book but find it too long winded to use with young clients so I condense it and make up the story as we look at
it to make it age appropriate. The concept is sound and the story is worth reading for youth and adults.

Really well written and laid out. Explains worries in a way that kids can understand (and adults too!). With practical advice for working with your child on his worries.

Great purchase, we found this book a help for a 13 yr old with OCD. He is also receiving professional help-- and the psychologist used THIS book (and the "Brain gets stuck" one as well) in her practice. Great info; well explained.
