I am confident it will help optimize your fertility.I agree with her advice and like how each has set up a 3 month program (we call it preconception care) where you look at natural approaches to boost your fertility for natural conception or with IVF. Both books share our philosophy of the three free therapies: Diet, Lifestyle (Adequate rest, moderate exercise and sufficient deep sleep) and deep relaxation. The book addresses PCOS, recurrent pregnancy loss, advanced maternal age/low ovarian reserve male factor, IVF and unexplained infertility. If you have read and enjoyed The Infertility Cure: The Ancient Chinese Wellness Program for Getting Pregnant and Having Healthy Babies or Making Babies: A Proven 3-Month Program for Maximum Fertility then you will be impressed with this book and what additional advice it has to offer. I have been treating using this 3 month program for years at Acubalance which is why I can say with confidence that these books will not only boost your fertility but they will offer you a way to get your life back!
