Top quality on all fronts., Aug 9 2010

I really underestimated the quality of the print, I am astounded more so when I read this volume on paper than as a scanned image on PC, the detail drawn by Kentaro Miura is truly fine and seeing the artwork in its intended form is fantastic.
PROS:
- Original right-to-left reading is preserved.
- Uncensored image, text.
- Translation is very well done and consistent. (No out of place untranslated Japanese words like "Baka" in dialogue)
- Original Japanese SFX/reaction text (embedded into the art) not tampered with, art is pristine.
- Neat tutorial in the back of the book on how to go about reading in the right-to-left format.
CONS:
- "PARENTAL ADVISORY" sticker on the cover.
- Pages are not numbered, but some may appear randomly from the original prints. (Non-issue for me, personally)
- Can be pricey if ordered individually due to added shipping costs. (Best take advantage of free super shipping with bundles)
- May feel bad for opening the plastic wrapping it is sealed in.
