This review is from: The New High Intensity Training: The Best Muscle-Building System You've Never Tried (Paperback)
I bought this book from Amazon about 3 years ago as a way to introduce myself to weight training. I followed the directions pertaining to form and also the lenght of time for each rep and rest time. You do reps slowly in the HIT method which is very good for preventing injury and learning to do the exercises correctly. I was able to put on quite a bit of muscle and loads of definition. The only thing that i did not like about the training method is its lack of cardio.

This book has changed my whole view on bodybuilding, I tested it, and continue using it because IT WORKS!!! This is the way everybody should train, if they have the guts to do it!!! It is very logical and simple and quick, but to get the most out of it, it has to be INTENSE!!! A must read for all serious bodybuilders.

All I will say is that there are hundreds of better options for educational bodybuilding reading out there. Try "The Book of Muscle" or "The Encyclipedia of Bodybuilding".
