The problem with this book isn't that it doesn't tell the story of Nikola Tesla - the problem is that the book was originally published in the 1940's and has the most awful writing style you can imagine. It's all flourishes and unending praise - it's more like a fan-fiction book than a historical look at Tesla. I managed to stomach my way through it, but I'd have preferred a more dispassionate look at the life of Nikola Tesla, one that strove for balance and not blind adoration.
