This is the book leaders have been waiting for!I have just finished reading John Maxwell's book The Five Levels of Leadership! What a great read, in fact, I read it cover to cover in one reading...there was no good place to put it down so I kept reading. This book is a must have for corporations, non-profit organizations and small business leaders (and aspiring leaders). John defined leadership in a way that really makes sense. His book carefully reviews the process of leadership and helps us view leadership as an action, not a role or position. Thinking about leadership differently allows leaders to empower, inspire and lead teams in a way that builds people, relationships, success and legacies.
