Life changer,
This review is from: Why Do I Still Have Thyroid Symptoms? When My Lab Tests Are Normal: A Revolutionary Breakthrough In Understanding Hashimoto's Disease and Hypothyroidism (Paperback)
I bought this book after having suffered with low thyroid symptoms for 10 years. I was diagnosed in my teens as hypothyroid, but never had any symptomatic relief depite seeing Doctors and endocrinologists. No exaggeration, this book has changed my life. With this method and the help of a ND, my hair no longer falls out, my nails no longer break, and my weight has stopped increasing. If you are not feeling better on synthroid, I seriously reccomend this approach. I only wish I knew about it years ago.

Really great book, that I feel covers a lot!I would love to see a follow up 20 day meal plan for hashimoto's but now I understand it all has to do with TH1 or TH2 dominance.. What a highly informative book. GREAT WORK!

I found this book very helpful to point out the 22 types of problems that can cause the cells of the body not to assimilate the thyroid hormone.Since I have the 23rd type high ferritin that can interfere with thyroid hormone into the cells it was nice to know the other reasons (though he did note low ferritin levels in the book) |
